Shipping Policy

At Oud Glow Fragrances., we aim to deliver your premium scented candles and artisanal soaps, quickly and securely.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: Available to most countries; delivery times vary by region.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Note: Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet shipped.
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, clearance items, and used coffee equipment cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.
