Welcome to JalilStore! This Vendor Policy explains your rights, responsibilities, and privacy while selling on our platform. Our goal is to make selling simple, professional, and profitable for you.

Note: JalilStore reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Vendor Account Information

Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account.
This includes your name, email, billing details, and any identity verification documents.
This information is used solely for account verification, payments, and marketplace compliance.

3. Product Listing & Video Guidelines

Vendors submit their product details — such as images, descriptions, and specifications — via the platform.
No technical skills are required! Our JalilStore team will:
- Create a professional branded video for each product using our template
- Upload and embed the video on the product page
- Ensure the video meets quality standards and branding consistency
Products listed under “Uncategorized” incur an 18% commission to encourage proper categorization, but our team will guide you on the correct category.

4. Commission Structure

JalilStore automatically applies category-specific commissions:
- Uncategorized products: 18%
- Correctly categorized products: category-specific rates (see dashboard)
Commissions are deducted automatically from each sale before payout.

5. Video Hosting & Management

All product videos are hosted on YouTube (or similar platforms) by our team.
Vendors do not need to upload or embed videos themselves.
Videos are created using the JalilStore branded template for consistency and professionalism.
Admin may update or improve videos to maintain high-quality standards.

6. Withdrawals & Payouts

Vendors can withdraw earnings via:
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
Withdrawal Charges: 0% + $0 for both methods
Minimum Withdraw Limit: $50
Eligible Order Status: Only Completed orders qualify

7. Privacy & Data Protection

JalilStore protects vendor data and does not share personal information with third parties without consent.
Anonymized sales data may be used to improve marketplace performance.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of all product content.
By submitting products, vendors grant JalilStore a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute content.
JalilStore may enhance submissions (e.g., creating a video) to maintain quality and consistency.

9. Compliance & Responsibilities

Vendors must comply with applicable laws, product safety standards, and intellectual property rights.
Misleading, counterfeit, or prohibited products are strictly forbidden.
JalilStore reserves the right to edit, remove, or suspend listings or accounts violating this policy.
